                          TripleArc plc (the "Company")

                          Grant of Options to Directors

TripleArc Plc, the UK based provider of technology enhanced print management 
solutions, announces that on the 15th December 2006 options over 3,937,500 
ordinary shares of 5p each in the share capital of the Company were granted to 
Jason Cromack, CEO (the "CEO Options") and options over 3,240,000 ordinary shares
of 5p each in the share capital of the Company were granted to Richard Hodgson, 
CFO (the "CFO Options" which together with the CEO Options are the "Options").

Vesting of the Options is dependent upon the achievement by the Company of 
performance targets, set by the Remuneration Committee of the Board, based upon 
current market expectations, as follows:

* 50 per cent of the CEO Options and 50 per cent of the CFO Options vest upon the
Company reporting earnings before interest, tax, amortisation, exceptional charges
and FRS20 share option expenses ("Adjusted EBITA") in the year ending
31 December 2006 at least in line with current market expectations.

* 50 per cent of the CEO Options and 50 per cent of the CFO Options vest upon the
Company reporting Adjusted EBITA in the year ending 31 December 2007 at least in 
line with current market expectations.
