Director Change

A review of boards of the Triple Point Investment Management LLP ("TPIMLLP") managed VCT companies was undertaken and it was decided that the TPIMLLP appointee on each Board would resign in favour of a new director. The Board therefore announces the resignation with effect on 2 June 2011 of Peter Hargreaves as a director of the Company and the appointment of Baroness Jo Valentine to the Board.

Following this change the Company's Board will comprise Chad Murrin, Michael Stanes and Jo Valentine.
