Announcement of Dividend by TP70 2008 (II) VCT plc

The Board of TP70 2008 (II) has resolved to pay a dividend out of the revenue profits. It will be paid to shareholders on the register at 15 July 2011 in respect of the 15 month period from 1 April 2010 to 30 June 2011. The dividend will be paid on 29 July 2011.

The Board has resolved to pay a dividend of GBP352,000 (1.54p per share) equal to its revenue profits for the year ended 31 March 2011 and the first quarter's revenue profits for the 3 month period to 30 June 2011 in accordance with its dividend policy of maximising distributions to shareholders. Including the dividends paid in July 2009 and July 2010; this brings total distributions paid to 4.53p per share.
