     INCREASE IN INTEREST IN CHILEAN COPPER AND BELITUNG ZINC/LEAD PROJECTS

The Directors of Investika Ltd ("Investika" or the "Company") the investment
company in the mining finance industry with a focus on pre-production emerging
resource opportunities advises that the Company has agreed to issue a total of
2,316,987 fully paid ordinary shares to increase its percentage equity interests
in Tarquin Resources plc and Belitung Zinc Corporation plc from 40.2% and 42.5%,
respectively to 83.8% and 100%, respectively. The shares to be issued will rank
pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares.

As a result of these transactions, the Company has increased its interest in its
Chilean Copper project to 91.7% and its interest in its Belitung Zinc/Lead
project to 100%.

The new shares will represent 14.2% of the Company's enlarged share capital of
16,351,696.

Application has been made for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading
on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 28 November 2007.

Information on Tarquin Resources plc

Tarquin Resources plc is a joint venture partner with the Company in relation to
the Las Pascualas Copper project in Chile holding a 51% interest in that project
and the Company holds the remaining 49%.

The consideration for the acquisition of shares in Tarquin Resources plc is
1,166,987 ordinary shares in the Company with a value of A$5,134,743 (based on
the market price of A$4.40 per share in the Company on 22/11/07)

Information on Belitung Zinc Corporation plc

Belitung Zinc Corporation plc holds an 85% profits interest in the Kelapa Kampit
Zinc/Lead project on the island of Belitung, Indonesia.

The consideration for the acquisition of shares in Belitung Zinc Corporation plc
is 1,150,000 ordinary shares in the Company with a value of A$5,060,000 (based
on the market price of A$4.40 per share in the Company on 22/11/07)
