The following replaces the "Re. Share buyback" announcement released on 19 July
2005 at 18.00 under RNS number 0735P.


Amendments are identified with an asterisk (*).


Following the announcement on 18 July 2005 that the Board of Tescom had approved
a share buyback of Ordinary Shares in the Company, the Company announces today
that it made market purchases of 14,000* Ordinary Shares at NIS8.337 per share
on 19 July 2005 (to be held as treasury shares as defined in Israeli law).



The Company now holds 214,000* Ordinary Shares in treasury and the total number
of Ordinary Shares in issue less the total number of Ordinary Shares held in
treasury following the purchase and non-cancellation of such Ordinary Shares is
15,936,099* Ordinary Shares.
