United Energy plc, relating to the sale of all of the oil and gas assets owned
by AmBrit Energy Corp., its wholly owned subsidiary, to Castle Energy
Corporation of Radnor Pennsylvania, USA for a cash consideration of US$22
million, an explanatory Circular was mailed to shareholders on Friday, 7 May.
