AGM statement 
 
 
Ultimate Finance Group plc ("Ultimate" or the "Company") is an AIM-quoted 
factoring, invoice discounting and financial solutions provider to the SME 
sector. 
 
 
At the Company's AGM today, all resolutions put to shareholders were duly 
passed. 
 
 
The Chairman made the following statement: 
 
 
"I am pleased to be able to report that the first four months of the financial 
year have seen trading in accordance with expectations, notwithstanding the 
difficult economic background. 
 
 
With demand continuing for our services, and a reliable flow of funding to serve 
demand, the Board remains confident in the future development of the Company."
