                            Director's Shareholding


The Company was informed on 14 May 2007 that Oved Tal, Chairman, purchased
1,300,000 common shares in the Company without nominal or par value ("Common
Shares") (representing approximately 1.84 per cent. of the Company's issued
common share capital) at 17 pence per share on 14 May 2007. Following this
acquisition, Mr Tal owns 22,241,916 Common Shares (representing approximately
31.52 per cent. of the Company's issued common share capital).
