    Suspension of Trading
    The board of Vividas, the AIM quoted streaming software technology business, announces that it has requested a temporary suspension of
trading in its shares on AIM.
    Further to the business update issued on 1 October 2008, as a result of the economic climate toughening and trading conditions remaining
challenging, the Company's working capital position has been adversely affected.  
    Although the directors have sought further financing to allow the Company to continue trading, such financing has not been forthcoming.
Therefore, the board regret to announce that they will be appointing administrators to effect an orderly wind up of the business.
