Velosi announces that on 19 April 2010 the Board of the Company approved the 
grant of options over 520,000 ordinary shares of US$0.02 each in the Company 
("Ordinary Shares") to Directors, pursuant to the Company's Share Option Scheme.

The options are exercisable (in whole or in part) at any time from the third up 
to the tenth anniversary of the date of grant and are exercisable at a price of 
109.5 pence per share being the average closing mid-market price for the three 
business days prior to the date of grant. 
 
The Board has also granted a further 1,020,500 options over Ordinary Shares to 
employees of the Company, exercisable on the same terms as above.
