an increase in its notifiable interest in the Company. The notification states 
that Gartmore Investment Ltd. acquired 359,210 ordinary shares increasing its 
holding above the 5% threshold and is now the beneficial holder of 1,359,210 
ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 5.26% of the
