    Vision Media Group (International) plc (AIM:VMG), the outdoor media contractor, announced on 3 November 2008 the placing of 12,300,000
new Ordinary Shares at 4 pence per share (RNS 2115H). Further to this announcement all 12,300,000 new Ordinary Shares, which will rank pari
passu with the existing shares, will now be admitted to trading on AIM on 5 November 2008.
