Vocalis received notification on 16 March 2000 that, following the purchase of
155,800 ordinary Vocalis shares on 14 March 2000, Legal and General Investment
Management have an interest in 1,328,200 ordinary Vocalis shares, representing
3.02 per cent. of the total issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
