                      Net Asset Value at 17 September 2010 
 
Vision Opportunity China Fund Limited (AIM: VOC.L) today reports that its Net 
Asset Value ("NAV") as at 17 September 2010 was US$148.68 million (10 September 
2010: US$145.39 million). 
As at 17 September 2010, VOC had 66,189,574 ordinary shares of no par value in 
issue (the "Ordinary Shares"), which resulted in an unaudited NAV per Ordinary 
Share of US$2.246 as at that date (10 September 2010: US$2.197).
