XXI Century announces that it received notification today that Emmanuel Blouin, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has today sold 3,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company of US$ 0.01 each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 2.2 pence each. Following this transaction, Mr Blouin will be interested in 4,317,221 Ordinary Shares in the Company, representing 0.78% of the Company's issued share capital.
