Update

Zattikka, the online games entertainment group, is announcing today that is has received a demand for GBP307,600 from one of its creditors with a deadline for payment by 5 August 2013. However, the Group is unable to make this payment at the current time due to its on-going financial difficulties.

The Group remains in discussions with its loan note holders and continues to consider its options in the context of insolvency proceedings. Further announcements will be made as and when appropriate.
