As a consultant to the company for nearly a year, Mr. Bautista has already played a pivotal role in refining the company's R&D goals and assisting in developing its sales and marketing plan. In his new role, Mr. Bautista will be assisting with the company's ongoing transition from initial R&D to marketing and sales. Among his responsibilities, Mr. Bautista will oversee the operation of the company's new R&D facility in Northern California, which is expected to be operational within the next few months.
