(DIS) Chief Financial Officer Tom Staggs said Tuesday that the national television advertising market is improving, and the company is "encouraged" by ad sales trends at ABC in the third quarter. "But as we say every year, you have to deliver the audience," he said, speaking at an investor conference that was Webcast. Local ad trends are slightly better, but the company is waiting for signs that ad sales at its TV stations can show stability.
