(d)         On November 20, 2007, the Company issued a press release with respect to its approval to list its common stock on the NASDAQ Global Market. Trading (under the symbol “REIS”) on the NASDAQ Global Market is currently anticipated to commence at the opening of business on November 30, 2007. In connection with such approval, the Company provided written notification to The American Stock Exchange of its intent to withdraw from such exchange effective as of the close of business on November 29, 2007 (the Company’s common stock trades on The American Stock Exchange under the symbol “WRP”). The Company anticipates filing the required Form 25 and Form 8-A to effectuate such withdrawal and transfer on November 29, 2007.
