1985 that, following the acquisition of a portfolio of minority interests from
London Merchant Securities plc (as detailed in the announcement dated 20th
January 2004), Inflexion plc, with effect from 20th January 2004 has an interest
in 57,754,030, representing 19.8% of the Company's issued share capital.
