Nanoco Group plc (LSE: NANO), a world leader in the development and manufacture of cadmium-free quantum dots and other specific nanomaterials emanating from our technology platform, is pleased to announce that all resolutions proposed at its GM were duly passed.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.2, copies of all the resolutions passed as special business at the General Meeting have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at http://www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/nsm .

i) The issued share capital of Nanoco Group PLC on 31 July 2022 was 322,445,744 ordinary shares. Excluding treasury shares, there were 322,433,522 ordinary shares with voting rights.

ii) A "vote withheld" is not a vote in law and is not counted in the calculation of the percentages of the votes cast "For" and "Against" a resolution.

Nanoco's CFQD(R) quantum dots are free of cadmium and other toxic heavy metals, and can be tuned to emit light at different wavelengths across the visible and infrared spectrum, rendering them useful for a wide range of applications including displays, lighting and biological imaging.
