                                        for

                        I Feel Good (Holdings) plc ("IFG")



In connection with the announcement made on 2 May 2003 that agreement had been
reached on the terms of a recommended Cash Offer to be made by Choice
Publishers, a subsidiary of Dennis Publishing, to acquire the whole of the
issued and to be issued ordinary share capital of IFG that Dennis Publishing
does not already own, Choice Publishers announces that the Offer Document and
Form of Acceptance relating to the Cash Offer have been posted to IFG
Shareholders today.



The Cash Offer will be open for acceptances until 3.00 p.m. on 5 June 2003.
Certain terms used in this announcement are defined in the Offer Document dated
15 May 2003.
