This doesn't really make sense. A. They likely have a contingency fee contract with the firm and B. The suit is in the hands of the lawyers, there literally isnt anything for the company to "focus" on.

It is my strong opinion that they are intentionally keeping the share price low by restricting news to gain leverage in the lawsuit.

I strongly disagree with this point, but let's wait and see—time will tell based on what happens in the future.
