Evolution Group plc ("the Company") announces that it has allotted a further
354,000 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company in respect of an exercise of
option under the terms of the Ex Beeson Gregory Group plc Executive Share
Incentive Scheme 1996. These shares rank pari passu in all respects with the
existing issued ordinary shares in the Company. Application has been made to the
London Stock Exchange for these shares to be quoted on AIM and it is expected
that dealings will commence on Wednesday 28 May 2003.
