Greenchip Investments PLC (the "Company")

Holding in company

The Company has been informed today that Programmable Life LLC, Robert Downie,
EBC Securities Services Limited, Anthemis SA, Challis International Limited and
Kookaburra Investments Limited have disposed of their total respective holdings
of ordinary shares in the Company, and as a result no longer have any interest
in the share capital of the Company.

In connection with the above disposals, the following purchases of shares have
been made.
