MUSIC CHOICE EUROPE PLC ("Group")

Additional Listing

Applications have been made to the UK Listing Authority and the London Stock
Exchange for admission to (1) the Official List and (2) trading on the London
Stock Exchange's markets for listed securities in respect of 215,000 ordinary
shares of 1p each ("New Ordinary Shares"), which were issued pursuant to the
Group's 2000 Long Term Incentive Plan.

The New Ordinary Shares, which will rank parri passu in all respects with the
existing ordinary shares in issue, are being issued to the Music Choice Europe
plc Employee Benefit Trust.

It is expected that admission will become effective, and that dealings in these
shares will commence, on 27 May 2003.
