The Brazilian Real continued its losing streak against the U.S.
dollar on Thursday, amid concerns over slowing global growth,
coupled with fears of further capital outflows at a time when the
Fed looks to hike rate by the year end.
The Fed chief Janet Yellen will speak on inflation dynamics and
monetary policy at the University of Massachusetts, later in the
day, a week after the Fed stocked new fears deflation.
The Brazilian Real lost by 0.48 percent to a record low of
4.1895 against the greenback, from Wednesday's closing value of
4.1695.
