Greenback Falls From 1-week High Versus South African Rand

The US dollar, which hit a 1-week high of 3.6405 against the
South African rand at about 7:25 am ET, traded lower thereafter on
Tuesday. At 2:25 pm ET, the greenback declined to 6.8350 versus the
rand, compared to 6.8682 hit late New York Monday. AS of now, the
greenback-rand pair is trading at 6.8509.
