US Dollar Slides To Near 6-week Low Versus South African Rand

Against the South African rand, the US currency traded lower
further in New York morning trading on Wednesday. At 11:00 am ET,
the greenback dropped to near a 6-week low of 6.8550 versus the
rand, compared to 6.9999 hit late New York Tuesday. Currently, the
dollar-rand pair is trading near 6.8845.
