taskforce 7, the latest release of its automated and intelligent
field service delivery mobile enterprise application. taskforce 7
adds new features and functionality to its signature service
delivery platform that is designed to enable service providers to
meet and exceed customer expectations through more reliable and
consistent customer service. "In today's competitive business and

customer service was recently documented in a market study
commissioned by Vidus. The study shows that many service providers
do not have systems or tools, like taskforce, in place which can
help them meet customer needs and requirements. The research also
revealed that 94% of service providers cite unpredictable events as
the cause of problems when delivering service to their customers,
with 92% stating that delivering an on-demand service to their
customers would be too challenging. By synchronizing resources
across the enterprise, Vidus' taskforce is designed to improve the
service delivery process using real-time data and
artificial-intelligence algorithms that can give organizations a
holistic view of the entire service delivery lifecycle: from
business, strategic and operations planning, through capacity
management and service fulfillment, to the review and action phase.

dynamic capacity planning and controlling, urgency assessment,

for mobile field service functions, customer service functions and

delivery customers are able to use web-based tools to interact
