Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On November 19, 2020, Irwin Wong notified the Board of Directors of Cathay General Bancorp and Cathay Bank that he will retire as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer of Cathay Bank, and resign from all other positions with Cathay Bank and its subsidiaries, effective as of January 4, 2021.
