date of January 31, 2007 for its special meeting of stockholders to
approve matters relating to the proposed merger of US LEC and
PAETEC Corp. The date of the special meeting will be announced once
it has been established and the joint proxy statement/prospectus
concerning the proposed merger will be sent to US LEC's
stockholders only after the review by the Securities and Exchange
