BETHESDA, Md., Jan. 30 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Eagle Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:EGBN) today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (the "Plan"). The Plan will enable shareholders who elect to participate to automatically reinvest dividends in shares of Eagle Bancorp common stock as the dividends are paid. Purchases under the Plan may be eligible for a five percent discount from the market price. The Plan will be administered by Computershare Trust Company, N.A., the Company's transfer agent. Plan enrollment materials and information will be distributed to Eagle Bancorp shareholders of record. Shareholders who are interested in participating in the plan will need to return an enrollment form to the transfer agent or instruct their bank or broker.
