top-tier service providers in the Americas to ensure the quality of
service (QoS) and quality of experience (QoE) of its mobile
backhaul services.

service provider (NSP) relies on EXFO's service assurance
solutions: the BrixNGN carrier Ethernet test suite, along with the

all service-level agreements (SLAs)/key performance indicators

this NSP to normalize service metrics in a multivendor environment
