Item 5.07. Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
On August 5, 2021, Gladstone Investment Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2021 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual
Meeting”). There were present at the Annual Meeting, in person or by proxy, stockholders holding an aggregate of 21,746,827 shares of the Company’s common stock and 2,469,284 shares of the Company’s preferred stock.
The matters considered and voted on by the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting and the vote of the stockholders were as follows:
