Salem Five Bancorp Receives Approvals to Acquire Georgetown Bancorp, Inc.

Salem Five announced today that all regulatory approvals have
been received by Salem Five Bancorp and subsidiaries to allow it to
proceed with the acquisition of Georgetown Bancorp Inc. and
Georgetown Bank. The two banks currently expect to close the
transaction no later than May 31, 2017.
