Victor Pecone, a RAID hardware lead engineer, was recognized for contributions to the Control, Communications, Computing, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) portion of the program, which has been restructured into the Army Brigade Combat Team Modernization (BCTM) program.
