Item 5.03 Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On August 16, 2022, the board of directors of International Media Acquisition Corp. (the “Company”) approved a change to the Company’s fiscal year end from December 31 to March 31, in accordance with the Company’s Bylaws. The Company will file a Transition Report on Form 10-KT for the transition period from January 1, 2022 to March 31, 2022.
