Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

 

On March 16, 2021, Golden Nugget Online Gaming, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it has been awarded an online sports gaming license and has been granted a temporary permit to commence online sports wagering in the State of Virginia. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
