     On April 29, 2010, Southwest Bancorp, Inc. issued the press release attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto announcing the closing of its public offering of 4,600,000 common shares at a price to the public of $12.50 per share, for gross proceeds of $57.5 million. Shares sold included 600,000 common shares pursuant to the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option.
