Fidelity® Nasdaq Composite Index® Tracking Stock Declares Quarterly Income Dividend

Fidelity Investments® announced today that the Fidelity® Nasdaq
Composite Index® Tracking Stock (NASDAQ: ONEQ) will pay a quarterly
dividend of $0.14 per share from net investment income. The
dividend will be paid on Friday, September 24, 2010 to shareholders
of record at the close of business on Tuesday, September 21, 2010.
The ex-dividend date is Friday, September 17, 2010.
