Item 8.01. Other Events.

 

On April 3, 2019, the Board of Directors of PB Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”) declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company’s common stock of $0.07 per share. The dividend will be payable to stockholders of record as of April 17, 2019 and will be paid on May 1, 2019.

 

A copy of the press release dated April 4, 2019, announcing the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
