On October 12, 2021, PureTech Health plc (LSE: PRTC, Nasdaq: PRTC) (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that an application had been made to the United Kingdom Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for admission to the Premium segment of the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange of a block listing of 2,000,000 ordinary shares, with such shares to be reserved under the block listing and issued by the Company from time to time solely pursuant to the Company’s Performance Share Plan and for no other purpose.
