Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (OTCBB:RVEN) announced today that to effect a reduction of its outstanding shares of common stock WITHOUT DOING A REVERSE SPLIT prior to filing its annual 10KSB report next week, approximately 53% of the company�s common outstanding stock owned by its founders, J&B DiFrancesco, have been retired without remuneration. The shares that have been retired were purchased in 2005 for $200,000 by the company�s founders, J&B DiFrancesco, by exercising their purchased warrants. In addition, the company also announced that a debt on the books since 2005 for approximately $3,000,000 has also been forgiven by founders J&B DiFrancesco and according to the company�s annual 10K report which will be filed with the SEC next week, the company�s officers did not receive a salary in 2007 and there are no plans for them to receive a salary in 2008.
