/PRNewswire/ -- Visteon Corporation's (NYSE:VC) Powertrain Product

acknowledging the potential long-term benefit of alternative-fuel
technology, Greenway emphasized the immediate opportunity to
improve internal combustion engines. "Based on the hundreds of
billions of dollars already invested in the internal combustion
engine infrastructure and technology, we can cost effectively
deliver better engines today," Greenway told the audience of
industry leaders and powertrain engineers. "But where are the
market drivers? And what will happen to force the rate of internal
combustion engine development to increase at a rate that is
technologically possible? At the end of the day, is the industry
ready to stand up to the challenge of value, timing and investment
to make a difference?" Over the next several years, Greenway said
Visteon's powertrain technology development can result in internal
combustion engines that deliver performance features consumers
demand with the fuel economy and emissions reductions that exceed
technology available today. Greenway joined Visteon in June 2000.
Since 2002 she has been responsible for product development,
strategies and performance for Visteon's powertrain business
