Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers
On March 4, 2023, the Company entered into a consulting agreement with Ashish Gupta, its outgoing Chief Financial Officer, in order to retain his services as the Company’s Principal Financial Officer through the filing of its fiscal third quarter 10-Q on or before May 15, 2023 and to ensure a smooth transition for the Company’s finance team. The Company is in the process of recruiting a successor for Mr. Gupta. The Company also announced that, as of March 17, 2023, it will welcome a Chief Accounting Officer, a new position for the Company.
