Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On January 28, 2019, it was determined that the position of Senior Vice President – Operations of Chaparral Energy, Inc. (the “Company”), which position has been held by James M. Miller, would be eliminated. Accordingly, effective January 31, 2020, Mr. Miller is no longer an officer of the Company.
