Cashaw, the Company’s Executive Vice President, Supply Chain, will depart the Company effective August 21, 2019. In connection
with his departure, Mr. Cashaw will be eligible to receive compensation and benefits pursuant to the Company’s Amended and
Restated Executive Severance Pay Plan.
