Government Plans to Renew DigitalGlobe EnhancedView Service Level Agreement for Option Year 3

DigitalGlobe (NYSE: DGI), a leading global provider of
high-resolution earth imagery solutions, has been informed by the
National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) that it plans to
exercise DigitalGlobe's Service Level Agreement (SLA) for the
EnhancedView contract for the entirety of option year three, which
begins on September 1, 2012 and continues through August 31, 2013.
This option exercise is subject to the terms of the EnhancedView
contract.
