Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On March 18, 2019, the reporting person filed a Form 4 that mistakenly indicated the reporting person directly owned 100,201 less shares after each of his March 15, 2019 and March 18, 2019 transactions. The correct amount of shares owned after his March 15, 2019 transaction is 533,152 and the correct amount of shares owned after his March 18, 2019 transaction is 515,152. This error also had the effect of reporting 100,201 less shares on the reporting person's Form 4 filed on March 20, 2019. The correct amount of shares owned after his March 19, 2019 transaction is 500,152.
